Commitment to Elevate Within Acupuncture & Skin

Booking, Late, No Show, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies:

All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation including services intended to be paid with a gift card. When paying with a credit card for your services during checkout, there will be a service/processing fee applicable if paying through Square, Unified Practice and Venmo.


Cancellation Policy - We require 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. You can cancel an appointment by giving us a call or using the link in your appointment confirmation email.

  

No Show Policy - If you schedule an appointment and do not come to your appointment, we reserve the right to charge you a $50 no-show fee.


Late Arrival Policy - We ask that you please arrive on time. If you are less than 10 minutes late and have contacted Elevate Within Acupuncture PC, to warn us that you'll be late, you may complete the remaining time scheduled for your session, knowing that you will not receive a full session.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide you with your scheduled session. We hold the right to consider your appointment a late cancellation with a fee of $50 to be charged.


Rescheduling Policy - If you need to reschedule an appointment, please provide more than 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment. A late cancellation fee of $50 will be charged if we are unable to reschedule within 7 days.

 

Book a service on the day of and you cancel or no show will be Charged full price of scheduled treatment.


Cancellation and No Show fees are not billable to any form of insurance.


All fees are due before your next scheduled visit.
